should I go to the gym after an intense soccer training?

our season has just began, and we are barely in the conditioning phase, I always did HIIT training at the treadmill just after I lifted weights, but since soccer practice began , I’ve been feeling so sore after practice and I just don’t want to hit the gym , I have a great condition but I dont know if it is wise to hit the gym after practice. we practice every day except week ends, what would you recommend?

    No, what you should do is reserve special days when you go to the gym and don’t practice soccer. going to the gym is almost as important as a regular practice so….
    if you keep going right after an intense practice, it’s really gonna get you tired.

    I tried doing both last year.
    my advice is 2 NOT DO IT!!!
    u should just take special days when you hit the gym
    and then the other days u practice soccer
    just make sure that you don’t
    training has always made me a better player, you just have to find a schedule that fits u best
